A Mid Continental Football League (MCFL) occurs as semi-semiprofessional football league consisting of ten teams in the Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan areas. Teams normally consist of unpaid jock & volunteer staff working together to field the competitory & "professional" product two off and on a field.

A MCFL operates under a counsel of an executive committee. This committee is processed higher of different population from either various teams in a league. There exists besides the Board of Directors, consisting of the general managers from either both member team. These board members represent a a single vote by the team in the league.

A MCFL occurs as member of the U.s. Football Association, which serves when a Subject Organization for non-agent leagues & teams from either coast-to-coast.
